  Iv been to Jack Astors many times so when I heard that there was one near me I decided to go with no hesitation . The reviews are good 4.2 stars so why not ..... So let's start off with the service I walk in and there is no one at the front desk we waited for 8 mins we were 6 people . Turns out the person is taking people from the outside and in the inside ??? We're is the manegment ??? So we finally got to our table we ordered our drinks and starters we got our drinks and starters the beer was nice a fresh the nachos were ok had a little bit of salsa on my finger and that's when I noticed we had no napkins no forks no knives it's been a good almost half an hour that we have been sitting at the table no waitress in sight I had to get up and grab some off another table and only when the manager noticed I had to get up and get it myself they sent some one to help it was to late 2 stars off now the food I usually love the chicken fajitas wow was that a mistake the tortilla was cold not heated and the chicken was so flavourless .. my sister order the famous chicken pasta wow i bet it was famous for being the worst chicken pasta in all of Canada my little sister got a kids pizza it was drenched in grease and just plain nasty my brother had the spicy chicken wings it was mediocre He was told it was very very spicy in his words he said he had a slight tingly sensation on his lips and it ended there not spicy at all 2 stars off it is sad to say that this jack astors only got 1 star due to the freshness and coldness of the beer.. We should have just gone to five Guys instead .. please people do not waste your money at this place it is very expensive the food quality is not so good the service is none existent ... you are better off cooking and eating at home. I will never come back to this jack astors ever again ...
